Ms. Stacey’s Playschool is a non-conventional program utilizing Montessori principles, literature based learning, and a Christian curriculum. We combine approaches to build a strong foundation for academic readiness, and an appreciation and respect for community cooperation while instilling a love of Jesus Christ.

Ms. Stacey believes preschool should be about more than learning the ABC’s and 123’s.  These formative years are a critical time for the building of children’s self worth and empathy towards others.  It’s an optimal time for learning from the environment and developing an appreciation for nature.

We enroll children ages 30 months through 6 years.  This wide age range gives the younger children a chance to learn from the older ones while the older children get a deeper understanding of materials when they help the younger children.  This unique dynamic also builds a sense of cooperation and fosters positive relationship building.

Preschool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.  You can choose to enroll your child any two to five days that fit your schedule best (must enroll a minimum of two days per week).  Class size is limited to five children per day.

Also available for Playschool enrollees:  Drop-in childcare hours from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Ask Ms. Stacey for more details!
